Martha

When I was in Uganda the first time, I came I visited Sanyu Babies home orphanage...Since then I have fallen in love with the babies there and I love going and holding them and playing games with them and just spending time feeding the babies... While there this time I fell in love with this little girl whos name is Martha....Since then i've been praying for her to find a family and to gain weight and to be loved on...and so the other day a worker sent me a photo of her in the christmas play...here she is Martha as a baby lamb!

Oh what a sweet face. I wish you could have brought her home too...along with a bunch more. You no doubt would have people beating down your door to adopt them from you!!

You have such a tender heart Emma & I'm so thankful for teenage girls like you. You are one in a million. Keep lovin' Jesus!

Love,
Lori

Hey, Emma! My name's Sarah Slankard. I'm 15 years old, too. You probably don't know me, but I've been following your blog (I found our about you and your family through Lori, who I knew when I lived in Kansas). Just letting you know it's good to have you back on! I'll keep on praying for you and your family!

Hi Emma,
I'm one of your mom's blogger friends. First I want to say I'm sorry for all you have gone through this last week and I am praying for your family.

Oh that precious Martha, I have been praying for her since the day your mom posted about her. I pray someday that beautiful little face will have the biggest smile on it because she has the love of a family.

Emma, it is so good to see someone your age have that much passion for these precious children. I bet God has some very big plans for you.

Dear Emma,
I am a 20 year old mother of 11 Ugandan babies, currently living in Uganda and running a Ministry that sponsors children to go to school, have healthy meals and adequate medical care, and learn about our Marvelous Creator and His Son! I stubled upon your blog through a friend of a friend of a friend of your mother. I am so thankful for your sweet heart! Keep on doing what you LOVE! As Psalm 37:4 says,"Delight yourself in the LORD and He will give you the desires of your heart!" What it doesn't tell you though is that as you delight yourself in the Lord and doing His work, your desires begin to line up with His and you are blessed more and more abundantly! I am excited to watch you grow and maybe meet you in Uganda soon? I will keep you in my prayers sweet little sister.
Love,
Katie

How does a person go about adopting Martha?
Are there too many babies and not enough adoptive parents available?
